Senior Software Solution Architect

I am a Senior Software Solution Architect focused on designing and evolving enterprise-scale data platforms and distributed systems that power mission-critical business operations. 

I currently work with the Data & Analytics division at First American Financial Corporation, following the acquisition of the software company I helped build and scale, Connected Investors, in July 2021. This transition marked a shift from startup-scale architecture to enterprise-scale systems, while continuing to influence platform modernization, architecture strategy, and technical governance.

At Connected Investors, I helped build and scale the core platform from early-stage architecture into a production system supporting significant user growth and increasing system complexity. My work included designing foundational data systems, enabling analytics capabilities, and supporting rapid product iteration during high-growth phases. 

Across both startup and enterprise environments, I operate at the intersection of architecture, engineering execution, and cross-functional leadership. 

I have led distributed engineering teams across multiple onshore and offshore locations, coordinating delivery across globally dispersed groups to execute complex platform initiatives and ensure alignment between architecture and implementation.

Led engineering and platform development for a data-driven real estate investment marketplace, supporting a large and growing user base and enabling digital workflows for property discovery, transaction facilitation, and investment funding.

Played a key role in scaling the platform’s architecture and engineering capabilities leading up to its acquisition by First American Financial Corporation in 2021.
